I made my order. They took my money.

I got an order confirmation with a shipping link to Fed Ex but the link would not work. I sent 3 emails to customer service and got back three emails asking me to complete their Customer Service Survey. I called the Customer Service number and spent 18 minutes on hold only to be disconnected as soon as the rep picked up the phone. I called back and was on hold for 16 minutes before the Rep informed me that they did not ship through Fed Ex but through UPS.

She could see my package had been shipped and would be delivered today but could not give me any shipping tracking number at all. When I asked how she could determine the ship/delivery date she told me she could just "Tell" from her computer but she could not give me (The Customer) any other info?! After 20 years of gift purchases on a regular basis I will never use this company again. All it takes is one bad experience to destroy a consumer loyalty .

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $260.

Things Remembered Cons: Online ordering is worst, Customer service.
