I had a time sensitive engraving due to be presented at a business function for two people leaving. I paid quite a bit for engravings on box and cufflinks, watch back and front.

The engraving on the cufflinks were off center, the box the spacing was completely off, the watch with the name of the organization had different sizes of fonts in one word. Terrible. I had to take them back from the two receipients and am trying to find out how to return them and have them replaced so that I can mail them then to the recipients.

How embarassing.

I cannot find out how to return or have these items replaced. This was an expensive and so poorly done item and customer care has been unresponsive.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $185.

Preferred solution: replace the items with proper and correct engravings..

I liked: Product selection, Product.

I didn't like: Customer service, Cust, Poor quality engraving.
